Please send us a brief description of the problem as well as the type of browser you are using, PC or Macintosh, operating system, the time of the problem to Ask Rifkin.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JBC credit cards.
Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.
After your order is placed, we will reimburse you for the tax amount that was paid once we receive your tax exemption certificate. Please email your certificate to [email protected]

1. Browse the Online catalog by choosing a link from the Product Index or Product Category. OR Click on a photo on the home page to link to that product section. OR search for a specific type of product using the search bar located at the top of the page.
2. Once you find an item you like, add it to your shopping bag. Be sure to make all the necessary selections such as color, material, etc. Then click on “Add to Shopping Bag.”
3. When all the items you plan to purchase are added to the shopping bag click “Checkout.”
4. If you have not yet created an account, you will be prompted to create one at this point. This involves entering your email address and creating a password. Your name and address information will be saved and an online order history will be available to you. The checkout process will continue from this point.
5. A comments section is available on this screen to enter specific additional ordering information.
6. When this screen has been completed, you will have the opportunity to review your order prior to entering your billing information.
7. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Please be sure that your name and billing address appear exactly as they are on your credit card statement.
8. An Order confirmation will appear for your reference. When the order has been received an e-mailed order acknowledgment will be sent to you.

Delivery of your items depends on what method you specify, and which products you order. Most bag items are made to order and have a four-week manufacturing process.
