Ideal for collecting mailed-in or dropped-off ballots.  For precincts that require dual-lock protection of ballots to enable Republicans and Democrats to each have a key. Bag locks with a built-in, patented Arcolock-7® keyed lock, and is equipped with a Vina-Hide hood over the lock which can be secured with a padlock (padlock not included).  Can accommodate up to 50 lbs.  Ideal for keeping contents flat when transporting ballots.  Heavy duty wheels can navigate multiple surfaces.

Optional chain attachment for securing to poles, door handles, etc. using a padlock. (Padlock not included.)

  • Built-in Arcolock-7® with close tolerance zipper and Vina-Hide™ hood seal which can be secured with a padlock (padlock not included).
  • Bag collapses for easy storage when not in use.
  • Keyless Security™ on slot closure provides an easy way to record chain of custody.
    • One time use, numbered seals lock zipper, and must be broken to gain access revealing immediate proof of tampering.
  • Retractable pull handle stops at 45 degree angle – no stooping to retrieve handle.
  • Includes security window on front of bag to hold a 3″ x 5″ ID card or tag.  Window is accessible only from inside of bag.
  • OPTIONAL:  Chain attachment.  Chain is secured to base of bag and is available in 2 standard lengths, 3′ and 5′.  For custom lengths, please call.  (If you select “No” for the chain attachment, the bag will not include the mounting piece or attached chain.)

Need them quicker? We have a Quick Ship Policy and a Custom Express option which ship sooner depending on your needs.

Quick Ship Policy — Any plain, manufactured bag can ship in one week from receipt of order.  There will be a 10% upcharge for this service.  We consider a bag plain if it has no imprint or embroidery.  Bags with any of our standard windows qualify for this program, with the window costs added to the cost of the bag.  Quantity minimums still apply.  Some quantity restrictions may apply for this service.

Custom Express —

  • Any embroidered bag can ship in one week from receipt of order.  There will be a 35% upcharge for this service.
  • Any imprinted or embroidered bag can ship within two weeks from receipt of order.  There will be a 20% upcharge for this service.
