Used to collect voted ballots at the poll. The bag remains sealed while voted ballots are inserted. Slot can then be locked at the end of the day.  Our 2-compartment option has 2 separate sections to store both unused and completed ballots.  Sometimes referred to as an affidavit bag.

Product Description

  • Patented Keyless Security™ slot and closure provides tamper-evident protection.
  • Close tolerance brass zipper.
  • ID window can accommodate a 3″ x 5″ card
  • Clear Vinyl-sided option makes it easy for poll workers to determine if the bag is carrying ballots.
  • Our Two-Compartment Provisional Ballot Bag features a 2″ compartment with zipper closure for unvoted ballots and a 3″ compartment with Keyless Security™ slot and Keyless Security™ closure for completed ballots. (There are zippers on both sides of the bag – one for each compartment.) Voted ballots are inserted through the slot and this compartment remains sealed. The Two-Compartment Bag is also available with a Clear Vinyl side on the 3″ compartment with Keyless Security™ slot.

Manufactured bags ship 25-30 business days from receipt of order.  All bags (regardless of if it has personalization or not) are custom manufactured to order, unless specifically listed as stock (links for stock versions are in item description).

Need them quicker? We have a Quick Ship Policy and a Custom Express option which ship sooner depending on your needs.

Quick Ship Policy — Any plain, manufactured bag can ship in one week from receipt of order.  There will be a 10% upcharge for this service.  We consider a bag plain if it has no imprint or embroidery.  Bags with any of our standard windows qualify for this program, with the window costs added to the cost of the bag.  Quantity minimums still apply.  Some quantity restrictions may apply for this service.

Custom Express —

  • Any embroidered bag can ship in one week from receipt of order.  There will be a 35% upcharge for this service.
  • Any imprinted or embroidered bag can ship within two weeks from receipt of order.  There will be a 20% upcharge for this service.
